Motivation is needed to get fit..

When you look in the mirror and see no change, and you still keep faith. knowing that in time you will get there if stay the course, that’s the difference between those who ultimately succeed and those who fail. It ain’t about how hard you hit… It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward..

As you know “A goal without plan is just a wish”… So stop thinking and start doing.. Eat less and exercise more..
